THEY TRIED TO GET ME TO PAY FOR SOMETHING I DID NOT ORDER OR FINISH EATING!!! AND THE SERVER ACKNOWLEDGED THE FACT THAT I DID NOT ORDER IT!!!!! Last night I went to California Rollin' at Village Gate. We were told five minutes to be seated, it took 20. Whatever no big deal. Food was some of the best sushi I've had in a while but the service was slow as molasses. The place was almost empty and it took 50 minutes to get our food from when we placed out order. Which was 20 minutes after we were seated.
The WORST service I've ever had.... The only time I saw the waitress at the village gate location was when she took my ticket order and gave me my check. No leadership, horrible hostess, no water and waitresses that hide in the kitchen for 10 minutes at a time. God bless the fryer guy and the two people actually making the sushi, because no one would have ever been served there sushi otherwise and this place would be out of business. The worst ...complete crap
i love my girl julia she’s the best person in the world and i love her so much and she has been extremely so extremely so sweet and so extremely so kind and i am so extremely happy to know her and she is one of a kind and she has always the best up beat personality ever and she is always so happy and always smiling and always so fun to be around with her she is the bomb!
this used to be a good place. now the quality of food is inconsistent. the service quality has improved but that can only do so much to keep customer's loyal.
My brother and I went to the Genesee St. location today for breakfast and there wasn't anyone there. According to the hours written on the windows it should've been open. WTF?
