Ordered for my pet flea and tick meds. After over a week I called and asked where the meds were. They said they had a problem with the credit card. My CC company says no problems. I call them back an let them know the urgency for the meds and to re-run the card while I am on the phone. The card went through, they apologized and said they would ship rush shipping and not charge me. I have been working and mistakenly presumed they did what they promised. They didn't.
