This is my first order with this horrible company and my last order. I bought a product at California pet Pharmacy. First order. They did not tell me they were taking out an authorization charge which was deducted from my bank account in addition to the payment. Both same amounts. My chocolate lab recently just started suffering from seizures. The medicine was quite expensive, directly from my veterinarian. I was so happy to from CPP. The medicine is nearly 1/2 what I paid for at my vet. I was pleasantly surprised with the fast communication from the company and super fast shipment of the meds. I’m so happy I found CPP and will be using this company again.
Have a customer service, they just have a phone number that the mail box is full and no one answer you. No one replies to 10 emails that i sent. This is a bad business very unhappy.
very bad service 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 paid for a medication that I never got response, until I messaged them ok I lost the prescription and then they say sorry but we charge a 10 dll cancellation fee so I'm like ok fine, but they can't send me the rest of my money, you all can keep my money, you guys have bad service.

The services is AMAZING. I typically have my order within 3-4 days tops. You can't beat the prices, either. I was paying so much more for my dog's eye drops through the vet and regular pharmacy.
