Prompt, helpful, follow up
Asked for an out the door price and got a fair and reasonable price. Went to look at the car and Kellen helped me out the door with my new car at a very great price. I had my own financing but went with theirs because they got me better terms than my credit union. All the cars on the lot were very nice and in great condition. I am recommending them to my sister who is looking for a new car because these guys are great, friendly, and honest. Not pushy at all like a lot of other dealers. I went to the Stanton location.
They had a bad terms and conditions, they sells a damaged cars without any guarantee, and if something happens you pay at least $700 as return policy !!!!! I will not ever go to this dealership never ...
I was helping a friend who does not have a computer look for a specific car. Although my friend did not end up going there, I was pleased to promptly receive a phone call and an email.
They have a great follow-through skills. The problem is on my end. i preferred to move on to Honda Civic.
They were to have the car pulled out and ready for a test drive when I arrived which they didn't. And they failed to note that the middle console was missing its cover. But other than that it was a positive experience.
It was a great experience! Ask for vynz cool guy and great personality.
They were most helpful and cooperative, would recommend them to to others as well.
The dealer returned my call and scheduled a meeting but i changed my plan.
