Total scam. When I call the dealership they said they have the vehicle is ready, I also made the appointment with them, but when I come down to the dealership, they don’t have the vehicle and they also told the person who you contact is no longer work with them. But I was just talk to that person 5 minutes ago. Horrible experience.
It was not good. The car had 4 different tires, the back lift gate was not working. The paperwork took a two hours longer than they promised. I don’t know how the car passed their “safety inspection” with the backseat off it’s frame, the lift gate not operable, four different tires and ac fan was loose. I bought the car and took it straight to Infiniti dealership and they found all of the above items. Since it was under warranty all items were fixed. Awful, wasting my time. Car listed at $24,599 I agreed to purchase at full price, the application had been completed, dealer received my auto insurance and my deposit and the dealer decide to sell the car to other customers. Very races.
