Car was in poor condition, side door would not close and back door had pieces missing so you couldn't even open it and the sales man had no idea what was going on with the car
I would give them less than one star if I could. The first time we visited our sales consultant was pretty good, maybe three stars. The car has some issues so they took it the Ford Dealership for repairs, it was still warranty. Two weeks later it was back and we told we could come test drive it again. The problem was fixed and it was time for the sale to be closed. The price was way OVER the sticker price so I asked for the breakdown. They did NOT want to give it to me. Not up front on all charge add on to the price of the car. Just a wast of my time. Cheap price to bring you in then extra charge to jack up the price up.
