Horrible!!!!! Is the word I would use for this dealership. I was told that the car I was interested in was available( I did call before I traveled to go see it) drive 3hrs and when I got there was told that they sold the car a month ago!!!!! Why was this info not disclosed when I called??!! Waste of time, their team does not communicate. Don’t waste your time into this dealership
Very nice, low pressure.Car was accurately described, I didn't purchase but a pleasant experience.
Everyone was very knowledgeable and very kind. I left very comfortable with my purchase without any buyer's remorse. Most of all what made me very comfortable was they were not pushy they didn't try to sell me something that would not be a good fit. I am very grateful for their honesty.
At least 3 salespersons got back to me on this vehicle including Jorge who sent follow up pictures post-haste. After that, the conversations and the follow up was one-sided. This dealer might be a good place to work with if you live nearby. They do not allow for people to purchase remotely. You must be present to sign. Also, their protocols lend toward themselves rather than their customers well being.
