It’s disheartening to learn that a major developer like California Home Builders degrade its work force. They get paid peanuts and are forced to work in unsafe conditions. Threaten to be replaced with the next guy from Home depot. Situations that no hard working employee should be treated. These guys get scraps trying to get through week to week.
