When a developer uses contracts like Mitchell you know they are scraping the barrel. Mitchell pays their carpenters dirt wages and takes advantage of undocumented workers . HHH Sounds like a bunch of trolls to me.
I thought slavery was over but I guess not to this company. Hiring immigrants and paying low wages not enough to pay a mortgage.
They’re are paying illegal immigrants cash and its sad that they are basically modern day slaves.
U guys are taking advantage of these men! It’s unfortunate that modern slavery still exist!
This company likes to use low-wage contractors that don’t participate in apprenticeship programs....Companies that exploit immigrant labor. Shame on them!
I wouldn't spend my hard working money TO BUY A home for CALIFORNIA HOME Builders. They are using bad labor practices pay undocumented workers and 1099 people to pay cash it's a shame that these workers work for food and is modern day slavery. Have no regard for safety standards for their Workforce.
