Average gym, not too busy at times but not a lot of care into running out of cups, or towels or coffee. I rarely find towels ready and then the cups are out! Please try to care more about your customers!
Great place to work out! Friendly staff and guests, comfortable environment, and has everything you need to individualize your workout!
They need to fix and clean their hot tub and update some of the equipment.
Customer service is terrible. If you have questions about your apps, or their programs you have to come back to talk to someone that is never there. I had to come back several times to speak to someone at times that the employees told me too and he was never there to help me with my account. The staff are nice just untrained so they are not helpful.
I like that it's close to home and it's not a pickup spot like 24hour SMH.... And that most of the equipment is free when I get there... only wish the were open earlier and later and they had more cal fits in more locations like the bay area
