Very nice staff, not overly crowded in the morning, FANTASTIC Aqua Class (our instructor today was Monica). Nichole, my personal trainer is helping me get my flexibility back after a double knee replacement. She’s a great motivator. Most of the folks that frequent this gym are a bit older, but they are all very kind and helpful which makes the experience much less intimidating. I give the gym 5/5!
