all the staff are wonderful, but no towels AGAIN today!!! wish there weren’t so much overlap in the group fitness classes& large gaps in the schedule with no classes offered at all.
Saturday water aerobics class....Instructor Jill is the "bomb". Clearly "not your gramma's water workout". Facilities remodeled....great job CalFit.
It's a great place to workout but the traffic control and Parkin are questionable for hot days and family environment. A place to workout if you are alone or with some buddies.
I like my time there i do wish there was a little more equipment the treadmills and bikes seem to always be taken no matter what time i go. Facility is clean and staff isn very friendly
