My wife and I do the 6 :00 AM GST With Janet the best we fellow her every where The Staff Ken and the front desk Smiling girl 👧 it makes my day . The equipment may not be the latest, the facilities not the newest .. But, you can get in .. Have a great workout .. No hassle.
My trainer Mary Lopez is awesome. She's supportive and encouraging and training with her is a lot of fun. If it weren't for her, I'd given up my fitness goals like I've done many times in the past. But Mary constantly adapts my routine so that it works in my schedule and keeps pushing me and cheering me on despite some obstacles and setbacks. She cares about her clients and is really invested in helping them reaching their goals.
