My only complaint was that once we agreed upon the design, I had to wait a couple of weeks for installation. LOL Completely understandable, but I was so excited, I couldn't hardly wait for installation. The designer who came out to the house was extremely professional and personable. He listened to what I wanted and designed my closets perfectly. He completely redesigned my pantry, including roll-out baskets. A place for everything. Good design. Very quick, clean installation.
The entire process was pretty seamless and quick. We had our closets in 30 days. We enjoyed working with Marla Cooper and were very very happy with the end result. We love it.
