Person I spoke to wasnt the friendliest and did not want to negotiate. I even went as far as to have them run my credit to see if I could get them to work with me better and they still havent got back to me, even though I have a 750+ credit score. That was 2 days ago. Bad customer service

Excellent web site with accurate descriptions of BMW option packages. Very prompt and thorough communication, right up to the general manager. Unfortunately, we were far apart on price and there was no flexibility.
