This was hands down the worst customer experience of my life. Thought we had agreed on a number, drove up and they were absolutely the most unprofessional dealership I’ve ever worked with. They could never give me a number I would be charged if I paid my loan off early. They lied multiple times and eventually got to the only honest person we experienced in the finance manager. A rep from the dealership contacted me about the vehicles....however, I live in GA and wanted to trading in a car with a purchase for another vehicle....California Beemers did not have partnership with a dealership in GA to appraise the vehicle I was willing to trade. But the rep was friendly and helpful.
