The dealers, financial staff and general manager were very helpful. They have given me head up knowledge's on the car I was interesting in. If I was to do it all over again, I would contact the California Beemer dealer again in the future. Thank again for all you have done and will keep in touch with a car in mind from your lot .

Responded promptly. Was not willing to negotiate but was professional enough to recommend one which was at my budget. Ended up buying a certified one for less elsewhere.
I called in hopes of confirming the amenities. Found out that had less than 3 of the 9 upgraded options advertised. Wasted my time and effort by NOT having anywhere near the car I called about. Pass them by. Nothing to see here folks. They tried to sell me a BMW when I wanted a Lexus.

Dealer has great selection and potential. However falls short by upcharging customers on unwanted clear coat plastic wrap on vehicles for a whopping $900 which is not optional. Their CILAJET surface protectant is not recommended or endorsed by BMW. Buyer beware as listed price is intentionally misleading, add $899 for unneeded, unwanted, and unnecessary CILAJET
