0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 0.5 Star : Repair Quality The repair has not been completed, I'm still waiting for a part. 0.5 Star : Customer Service I would not receive calls on the status of the repair. I was told that is going to be ready on a certain day and I had to call to ask if it's was ready To be picked up on the day that I was told then I would be told “no it's not ready” customer service would not call me to inform if any changes.
5 Star : My Experience I was extremely satisfied with the service provided at Fairfield location. They cleaned the car inside out and it looked like brand new car. Mr. Cary was very professional and kept me posted all the time regarding the progress.
