5 Star : My Experience The work was done very well. Only issue was confusion about the nature of the warning that the tailgate was "rubbing" on the bumper and the resulting warranty disclaimer which, on its terms, was much broader than intended.

5 Star : My Experience Getting into a car accident is never pleasant. Let alone being in a hit and run, by a drunk driver. Sounds like a crazy movie right? Yeah it happened to me unfortunately, pretty much ruined my December. 0 Star : My Experience Only time we were able to check the repairs was when it was time to pick it up at 15 mins prior to end of Caliber's office hours. I pointed out that a part of the panel was not flushed with rest of the body. The response was " it is the same as the unaffected side". When i disagreed, the next excuse was "its an aftermarket part that the insurance will pay for, dont expect it to fit perfectly as the original part" followed by "we can do an original part if you want to pay extra".
