Great people to work with! Fair and honest! I rent and purchase from them - AND they repair and tune up my equipment and also get parts for me!
Rented a pipe puller for the day. The battery didn't work .Had to jump to get started. Said it should charge after using it for a while. Didn't work. Had to have them come to the job twice.All this put us back almost 2 hour of work time. I understand things happen but we brought it back at 1:30 and got charged for a full days use and no apologies. Also had to care of the trailer myself. Not very happy.
I had reserved a machine for use tomorrow. Your store hours are advertised saturday until 5pm. I was there to pick up the machine at 415 and nobody was there, and nobody is answering the phone.
