*Edit 2* I literally have emails that prove I saw you linda. I Added a screenshot of a few to this review. *Linda caldwell says I have never been to her office and that my review is fake... im "not in her records" because i recently got married and changed my last name! It’s amazing how quickly EMDR can help you get unstuck from an experience or multiple experiences that have clouded your feelings for a long time. I felt so much more positive in three sessions! Highly recommended.

I took part in EMDR therapy with Mrs. Caldwell for about 6 weeks. I originally went in for issues with abandonment that was affecting intrapersonal relationships. After just the first session, I began to notice improvements in my behavior as well as my intrusive thoughts about being abandoned. After finishing EMDR therapy, the problems and worries I originally had have become significantly less daunting and I have been much better at managing my own thoughts and behaviors, as I now know how to recognize them and stop the tho... read more

I had been seeing a traditional counselor for years and loved it, however there is some thing very special and specific about EMDR that cannot be found elsewhere! EMDR helped me in a short amount of time (less than 5 months) by being able to unlock memories that had been buried deep and helped me see how they were affecting my current life.
