Vincent was a true professional. He took the time to find out why our air flow was blocked and why out thermostats were not working properly. He took videos of how the duct work was routed thru the attic and said he would send the videos to the proper people to get them done properly. Have not heard anything from CalAir yet. CalAir had done the work in the past. Vincent was informative and knew what he was doing. I would recommend him to anyone. He is the best. Just hope Cal Air follows up.

William was fantastic! He was right on time, and found and fixed the issue within 30 minutes! He was friendly and courteous, and double checked all my vents to ensure that cool air was coming out. I'm so pleased with Cal-Air that I am scheduling them to come out to do a routine unit check/maintenance.
Very good professional service. Showed up within the appt time! Have been using CalAir for years and never had a bad experience!

Always fantastic service, prompt arrival every time. Andres very pleasant, changed my filter for me after A/C service and advised a part was not working at full capacity and had the part with him and quickly changed it. Spoke with the office crew as well and extended my annual service contract.

Cal Air is such an awesome company. They are always very kind and courteous, They have a way of making you feel like you're the most important customer. Our technician Andres was also very kind and knowledgeable in his field. Although, he was not able to fix air conditioner on the first day he did return the following day with the part needed and had the air conditioner up and running in no time. Fernando was great. Not only did he reconfigure my thermostat he looked into an odd noise my new air conditioner was making (odd too me). He took the time to go outside, listen and return to me with a detailed explanation that noise was something that occurs on the latest high seer Carrier compressor units. Appreciated the professionalism..
