Very, very satisfied and happy about the service we received from William and Cal Air. He found the problem and our ac was up and running in 15 minutes. We also have received great service from Orlando in the past. Cal Air should be very proud of their employees!

I am very happy with Cal-air office staff. When I mentioned I was having a problem with my home thermostat, she arranged for service the next day. Then William A***** arrived promptly, serviced my thermostat, and arranged for 6 month service.

The guys were quick and efficient. Explained what to look for and expect from new unit as Portland does not have these units on roof. Helped set up my temperature control in the house and cleaned everything up before they left. Even the duct cleaning didn't leave any thing to clean up like the company I had before. Great job!
William is a very good mechanic. He found the problem quickly and fixed it. I was in the heating business for many years so I know a lot about customer service. He's someone I would hire in a heartbeat. ð??ð??ð??ð??
