We are very happy with this company. We have been customers for two years and have no complaints. We installed three new systems with them. They are easy to contact and easy to deal with. No extra unnecessary charges. We highly recommend.

Excellent customer service. I used Cal Air for heating maintenance and dryer vent cleaning. Both service techs were courteous , considerate, thorough, and efficient.

I have used Cal Air on several occasions and they offer a first class service. Their service engineers have always been extremely helpful and pleasant and Alonso, who came today, was no exception. He was very experienced and incredibly thorough. I wonder where this company finds all these wonderful people!

Came same day and identified that thermostat needed to be reset. Wrote in notes that would replace it if it happens again (needed to be reset once before) On time, if not early. Alonso was professional, courteous and answered all questions.

I had CalAir to my home > 5 years earlier and was very pleased with repair that naturally I called them once again. I called first thing in the morning and they were able to accommodate my schedule > noon same day. Orlando arrived as promised, identified the failed component quickly and brought it my attention with a quote. NO waiting to get the part for a Carrier A/C unit as he had one on his truck. I called Alonso at 8:40 last night telling him my air conditioner died. He said he can be here at 7:00am next morning. He did a curtesy call at 6:30 and was here right at 7. He was very thorough and explained everything as he went. Showed us the part that was bad, and explained the air conditioner was probably blowing warm air for awhile and didn't even notice it. Within 10 minutes my air was blowing cold air and WOW... what a difference. I highly recommend Alonzo at *** Air.

Cal Air has been my A/C company immediately after I had to replace the two developer A/Cs in my home that had become a foreclosure property and the A/Cs (2) broke down at relatively young age. Carrier is my A/C brand of choice and Cal Air are my A/C service providers. Always first rate service.

I called for an A/C tuneup. Employee called me 30 minutes ahead and arrived on time. He was very professional and efficient. He mentioned that my unit was older (20 years) but was not pushy about replacement. Best experience I have had in Las Vegas for this kind of service.
