RecommendedI have now been to cake hair salon twice, once for myself and once for my two boys. With 2020 being what it is and us being relatively high risk going anywhere is terrifying. Ok. I cant take it anymore. I tried to hold off on this bad review, but for the last 4 days I've cried because my hair was butchered by Nikki. Not only did she give an unnecessarily harsh hair washing, digging her knuckles into my skull, but she gave me the worst haircut I've ever had in my life. I specifically told her I didn't want my hair super short. I showed her a picture of the length I wanted and she sheared it so much it is sticking out everywhere. BEST DECISION GOING TO THEM. I didn't even know it, but the OWNER Randy cut my hair. From Start to finish, he made me feel like I was his main priority! I cut my hair probably twice a year, so i know NOTHING. With that, he took my little knowledge, listened to me, and made my vision even better ! Telling me why he did things, making recommendations, and always making sure he only cut or styled my hair the way I wanted. Very skilled professional hairstylists the proprietor himself is an artist he has done a lot of tremendous paintings with beautiful color he teaches hair color classes clear across the nation.
Nikki is amazing! I have notoriously difficult hair and had suffered some hair loss. She made a dramatic cut that is perfect for me and I don't think I'll even be doing a major grow-out because I love it so much. I would highly recommend Nikki. The salon itself is really clean and stylish. Prices are very reasonable. I am so lucky to have found Nikki and Cake!

Emily did an amazing job of bringing out the natural golden tones in my hair. I was a bit nervous since I’d never dyed my hair before , I didn’t want something drastic & wanted something low maintenance. It’s subtle but noticeable and i’m very happy with the results. I will definitely be coming back & recommending in the future. Thank you!!!
