Upon opening an email we experienced a ransom ware attack the encrypted files on our workstation and admin server. The damage was done before we were even aware of attack. I immediately called Cage Data our IT support company to rescue us. They were here in 90 minutes and in about four hours had our admin service back in service and restored all of our files from the cloud back.
