Not this location!! (Skyline) I love Cafe Rio's food, I really do, but I do not recommend this location. I have been here 3 times, (yes, I did give this location chances.) The first time I went there was no one in the line to greet me let alone take my order, once they did take my order they were very rude. My husband and I ordered the fire grilled chicken enchiladas and they barely but any cheese inside or outside of the enchiladas and when my husband asked them to put a little more cheese on them, they charged us for it. Love it! Been here several times and have never had a bad experience. I am always impressed how clean the restaurant is and the service of the employees.

Killer buritos Being from Canada, Mexican food is far and in between. I love Rio, my wife loves Rio. The smoothered steak burrito enchilada style with hot sauce rocks my socks. It is one tasty treat. I would recommend Rio to anyone, this location is great as well. Coming home from a weekend skiing adventure just drop by - very convenient.

Ok, but not authentic Cafe Rio enjoys an unparalleled praise from the residents of Utah--which is probably well earned--but is far from being authentic Mexican food. The ingredients and their combination have been adapted to more local tastes and if you go there you have to be expecting it or you will be sorely disappointed. I highly recommend it to those who like americanized mexican food (ie. flour tortillas, hard shells, mass-produced, enormous servings, mild flavours), but if you are looking for real Mexican you are bett... read more

Great tasting Cafe Rio is a Fresh-Mex place with tasty food. They aren't too expensive and you get a ton of food. I can eat off one meal for about 3 meals. They have different levels of spicy and the spicy is great. Unless you go on an off hour, you will wait in line, possibly a fairly long line. I've been in a line for over 30 minutes on many occasions. There is limited seating. PROS: Great food, great price CONS: Long lines, limited seating
