Cafe Rio Cafe Rio is a fabulous place to grab a bite to eat! They have a limited mexican food menu, but everything on there is done to perfection! Personal favorites include their Enchilada style burrito with shredded pork and their huge salad with tomatillo dressing. Prices are low (around $4-$8 a plate). The wait here is almost always a little long (the line is often out the door), but for good reason! The food is great!

Cafe Rio Cafe Rio is always crowded and for good reason - the food is fantastic and the prices are great as well! You can eat for between $4-$8 any time! Their mexican food is absolutely fabulous and they make it right in front of your eyes! All fresh ingredients all the time! Wonderful tortillas! Try their salad with tomatillo dressing. Best I've ever had! Great place to take your family or to place a take out order from! Yummy all the time! Never a bad meal!
We love this place so much!! Cheaper and better than PIZZA :) The other day, we spent 23.00 on pizza. After eating the marginal food we were wishing we had just gone and spent 17.00 on Cafe Rio Take-out for 4 people. We love this place. One of my friends loves it so much, she took the time to figure out how they make the yummy pork barcoba...or however you spell it. Anyway....eat here...you won't be sorry.

The only great mexican food in Utah Cafe Rio is a great place to pick up a burrito. It has a great casual atmosphere and their employees are always friendly. Don't be shocked if you see a huge line. The line moves quickly. Everything is fresh and tastes that way. Plus, if you buy 7 meals you get a meal free. A great deal for your $$.
Yummy, yummy in my tummy :-) This place has delicious Mexican style meals prepared right in front of you. Everything is absolutely fresh, the employees are having fun, and it tastes oh so delicioso! Lines can get long, but they do move quickly. I also wish they had better kids meals options, since the choices are pretty limited.
The best restaurant ever! This is my absolutle favorite restaurant to eat at. They make fresh tortillas right in front of you and are always packed. The best item in my opinion is the Pork salad. I dont not like meat but I will eat there pork anyday. Its actually the most popular menu item is anything with pork in it. They are fairly cheap as well.
