I could go ON AND ON about Dr. Steph and Dr. JJ, but I'll keep this short and sweet. They are IN A LEAGUE OF THEIR OWN in terms of knowledge, technique, and overall patient care, and their attention to detail and calming spirits make this office a place we look forward to coming to week after week. I recommend them to everyone I know, my family and I have never felt better, and we'll be coming here as long as their doors are open! We love you!!!!
Love Cafe of Life- if I could give them 10 stars I would! Found this place as I needed a chiropractor throughout my pregnancy and found a community! This is a safe place to ask questions and grow as a family while living in alignment. I had aches and pains during pregnancy but as soon as I got adjusted I had relief. I have learned so much from the amazing staff and encourage all moms to go to here, you won’t regret it!!
When I found out i was pregnant my Acupuncturist, Cindy, with Live and Light Accupuncture (who is uh..mazing) introduced me to Dr. Stephanie. Doc Steph & JJ are amazing chiros. They adjust our whole family, even the babies & I seriously do not know what we’d do without them. They ease pain & stress, help with nursing sleep & poops! Haha! Shauna gives such intuitive & healing massages. And I love Sophia! The whole staff is incredible, it’s an uplifting place to be.

Definitely give Dr. Steph 5 stars- I am reaching 39 weeks pregnant and she adjusted me appropriately and my hips feel great! Can't wait to go back! She even showed my husband pointers on what to do while I'm going through labor to make me feel relaxed and comfortable.
I was referred to Dr. Steph by a friend and I am so happy I took a chance and went to see her. I was at a point where I could barely walk and was in a lot of pain.
