We stayed Friday night for our anniversary. Just wanted to say thanks. Nice room, super nice staff, great seafood buffet and breakfast in desert room! Won a little, lost a little, but it was super fun. Pool was nice too. Its nice living in Idaho to be able to go on a little trip once in awhile that isnt too far and knowing it will be fun. We love your concerts as well. Thank you again for a great staff.

Cactus Pete's was an awesome place to stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable and very affordable. All the staff treated us exceptionally well, always pleasant and helpful if needed. The pool area is so beautiful with a tropical feel. The pool was crystal clear clean, the patio furniture was super comfortable. Amy from the entertainment dept went above and beyond the call if duty to make sure the Gene Watson concert for us was a once in a lifetime experience. I'v been coming to Cactus Petes for years, and its changed a lot. Of course I'm in the players club and treated very well thanks to my hostess, Sandie. And as far as I can figure, thats why I go back, she is a real doll. But the slots are tight and getting tighter every time I go. As long as your willing to keep pulling the money out, it will be gobbled up. Thats really not fun. My room was warm and my ac didnt work so I opened window and found Screen hanging so I called office and they said they would send someone up. When I got back to my room the ac still wasnt working ans screen was not hanging but there were gaps around it that would have let in big bugs. I told desk when I checked out and they said they will have to get maintenance to fix it. Didnt comp me anything. Didnt sleep because room was warm.

Passing through on our way back to Salt Lake City from Yellowstone. The room could not have been better. The buffet was limited but every single item was excellent. Our waitress was on top of everything. I wish they had a breakfast buffet. Breakfast at the Desert room was quite good but a bit pricey. Hotel hallways could use better ventilation, very stale smoky. Room was not a problem.
Awful experience. Name is on the reservation but will not let us check in.
