We went for the concert this weekend, we always every month get a free room, but this time they said sorry we don’t give complimentary rooms when there’s a concert just as she said that the couple checking in right next to us said we have a complimentary room and so does the couple that came with us! I asked the lady who was checking us in and she said well it all depends how much you spend! We actually had a free room offer but they wouldn’t let us use it! Thank you for your feedback, Kelly. Room rates and comps are based on play tracked on a mychoice card. There are at times exclusions for comped rooms including blackout dates such as holidays and high traffic events such as concerts. It may have been that you qualified for a comp room on dates other than that of the show you attended- the comp rate qualification may have been higher than what you reached at the date of your stay.
