The staff seems to always change and it seems since late 2009 its just been getting worse. Waiting time is much longer, be expected to stay over 2 hours just for blood work and an X-ray. Lisa is new and is learning, so the knowledge is not always reliable. They always over book so the time you spend with the actual doctor is short of quality. I'm currently looking for another doctor.
I have been going to Dr. Schramn for well over 10 years. What impresses me most is when I ask him about an issue. He always seems to stay current with what is going on. He is attentive, caring and very knowledgable. I have had problems with the back office, namely long waits in the past however I will say that the past two times I have gone there the wait has been better. I will refer friends and family to Dr. Schramn
I have used this practice for over 25 years and have no complaints. After reading some of the other reviews I am surprised by some of the negative comments. Yes, sometimes the waits are longer than one would like, but not uncommon among Doctors offices.
My first visit, I waited an hour. I was apologized to by the doctor because of an unusually busy monday. Second visit, same thing. When i complained at the desk, the lady calling back patients tried to make me feel as if i were unreasonable and this was my fault. She was VERY RUDE. I will change my doctor today. I dont need to be treated like that. I will take my money and entrust my health with someone who cares or atleast acts like it. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!! (not to mention that you will pay $4.00 to park)
I have not ever had a better doctor. He listens and will make sure you are taken care of. I have referred 5 people to him, and they each love him also!
Been a patient for 15 years. Have had nothing but good experiences.
I have been going to this doc for my migraines for the past 7yrs and I love him. My mom loves him too, but I can't stand the billing people. They are ignorant and insensitive. If it weren't for him and nurse Lisa I would probably discontinue using his services.
I have been going to this practice for over 20 years and Dr. Schramm is the reason I continue. He stays current on all health issues. He help develop the software for office management, bringing patient records into the automated world. He has your entire medical records at his finger tips and the ability to review history and give you the best care. The staff is horrible at scheduling appointments. I have waited over an hour on more than one occasion. My wife had to wait over an hour on her first visit. Doctor Schramm is a knowledgeable doctor and I do not have a problem with him specifically. The problem I have is with his staff and their inability to schedule appointments at times they can keep.
