Terrible. They tow disability vehicles. They never fix the gate, they don't cut the palm trees, the paint is falling off the walls. And no one in the association takes responsibility.
We currently have CR as our property management company for our 71 unit condo building and as an owner and board member I could not have asked for a better company. Attentive , knowledgeable, professional and friendly are some of the words that come to mind. Always a phone call away, what a team!
