UPDATE: I have had nothing but problems with with dealership. They don't follow through with anything they have told me they would. I would highly suggest a different dealership for anyone that wants to be treated with respect. I thought that Larry H Miller had bad customer service but Prestman Auto hands down takes first place for horrible customer service!!!!! I was in one hell of a situation with the car I had. Buying the car was great, the fact that I hate the car and they have no grace period sucks, and the guy Prestman sent me to for financing quit and it took me until my tags were expired to even get the car in my name, the grill fell apart on the way home, the check engine light came on the next day, and the part isn't covered in the service contract, which is a contract not a warranty, and I have already fixed the car and am trying to sell it and am willing to lose 3k says a lot, and they just barely found my spare key and I ... read more
Stay away awful place , never had I had someone try and lie so hard to me from the bottom to the top
My wife and I had a great experience. Our sales person, Debbi was great. Very professional and friendly. Overall it was a great experience. We got a great new car at a great price.
We stopped by to look at an M4 that we were highly interested in. The sales woman instantly put us off from purchasing. She was not very polite and acted as if the car was a one of a kind. I asked about damage on the bumper that was very noticeable and she then acted as if we were too picky. The agent can not be both ways; the car is too nice to test drive or that we are too picky to be looking at a USED DAMAGED title M4.
