I had been looking for a new car for a few years. Saw one that caught my eye and went and test drove it. Dub and everyone there were very friendly towards me and were very personable. After going through some bank stuff I was able to purchase my first car on my own good graces there!! The finishing process was slow due to some technical difficulties but I just hung out and chatted with everyone. Dub answered any questions I had and made the process great for me. I LOVE MY NEW CAR DUB!!!!!!!!!!!!
HORRIBLE customer service! Was inside their dealership for over 20 minutes yesterday and not one person asked if we had been helped. They would just glance at us and walk away. I guess they didn't need to sell a car that bad.
Prestman's extended warranty is not worth the paper it's written on. Please don't waste your money on it. When we contacted customer service, we were told they are in the business to make money. Definitely not buying from them again!
Marshall messed up our financing by getting us a great rate and telling my husband and I that we got financing on just our income and credit. Turned out he told the bank we had a cosigner when we told him we didn't. Nearly lost the great deal and would have been stuck with a car payment much more than we wanted to pay. Luckily the bank was good to work with us. Salespeople were great but DO NOT arrange financing through the dealership!
Bought my wife's dream truck at Prestman. My salesperson, Debbie Francis made my buying experience great.
This is a great place to buy a car. There is NO pressure. Travis our salesman was very relaxed and answered all of our questions. In and out in 1 1/2 hours. Easy transission. I thought I could not buy a branded title, but I was wrong. We got a newer year with low miles for a better price. All information on the car was available. Thank you Prestman Auto and specifically Travis for the, what I thought would be a long, grinding, tedious process, and there was NONE of that. I am so excited to drive my new car . THANK YOU!
