Live and Learn. Bought a 2013 Ford Explorer. Good, nice people. BUT, you are buying a car that has been totaled!!!! These have been wrecked so badly that they cannot be repaired, so they get rebuilt and retitled. It is simply not worth whatever money you think you are saving to buy a totaled car. Their extended warranty DOES NOT HELP!! By the time you pay for the warranty, you are too close to what you would pay for an INTACT vehicle. Plus, all your warranty work has to go through them. He paid close attention to the little details that mattered to me and made sure he was very precise and thorough throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend and will definitely be back.
I gave a downpayment of $1k to the dealer without delivery of the vehicle so I could hold the vehicle 1 night. Travis promised if I changed my mind I could get the down payment back and we will be ok.. The next morning, early I decided to stop by and get my downpayment back because it wasn't a good investment for me. Prestman Auto was absolutely amazing to work with when I was buying my car. Shortly after buying my car I had issues (I also bought the warranty if any issues were to come up, it would be covered) of course my issue wasn't "covered". So it was out of my pocket. A few months another issue came up. AGAIN, the warranty didn't cover. Out of my pocket. Just got my car back from the shop and another issue came up. We had such a great experience here! It just doesn't feel like a car dealership. It's comfortable and everyone is so nice and helpful. Dean and Thomas were so awesome. Even though they were very busy we were never left for 2 minutes without someone asking if we needed anything. We love our new car!!
I really had a good experience at Prestman! Maurissa Maugham was so much fun to be around! Very personable!! And Debbie Francis was also so easy to chat with while signing papers! Thank you both so much for making this an enjoyable experience!!!!
