Tried to contact this dealer to get a out the door total on a 2016 Chrysler 200s and to find out what condition the title was in. Christopher Sanchez contacted me back with no info insisting that I give him my phone number to talk to me about the price. I declined because I wasn't interested in a high pressure sales pitch. Bought a car from them. Had a good experience with the purchase and the car itself. A year and a half later I decided it was time to upgrade and went back. They offered me 13k for a car I paid 23k for. They obviously don't believe in their cars enough to offer anywhere near fair market value. Sold it for just over 18k on my own. Needless to say I didn't purchase the replacement car from them due to their complete lack of integrity.
I booked an oil change and was a little disappointed when they didn't wash my windows or vacuum my car. Jiffy Lube does that for me and I expected at least as good of perks from them. 8/9/17 update, after leaving this review I was called and they offered to clean my windows and vacuum my car.
Prestman is an amazing car company especially since my cousin Dub works there he is a very hard working man and I love to see him do things he loves and I believe his positive attitude and hard working skills make Prestman Auto the place to go to if you need help with anything.
