We purchased a car through them June 2018 and have had nothing but problems. First it started with who they weren’t 100% honest about the paperwork but we let it go after wanting to give them another chance. RecommendedStaff was quick to get information when we had questions. Friendly made sure that we were taken care of. Was able to get us in to the exact vehicle that we were looking for.
Have some customer service, when you forget to do something. Instead of 'oh sorry' - just do it.(Like the empty gas tank - then fill it. Like the forgotten temporary license, then do it!) Make it right. Call back when questions are asked. Be professional.
I happened to speak with a young man by the name of Joshua Patterson. I was very impressed by his knowledge of cars and also by his congeniality. If I were to need your services I would definately want to work with Joshua. I would recommend him to my friends.
Absolute mistake buying a car here. The car has needed repairs twice in the first few weeks, both times the service department screwed up in ordering the wrong parts and took the entire day to fix while I waited around since they had quoted me "an hour or 2":. Not sure if they are deceitful, lazy or just don’t care, but avoid this place all around!! I sure wish I had.
Josh helped me out today at Prestman and was awesome! I’m sure all of their employees are as great as Josh!
I bought a van from them over a month ago an I paid in full and I have not received a title to which they said was because I was an out of state buyer an it "takes longer" they promised me a temp tag two weeks ago so I wouldn't have a worthless paper weight I can't drive an low an behold my tags are now dead an they refuse my calls an emails an texts. I'm from out of state so I now have to waste more money to fly in an hire a lawyer. NEVER. NEVER. NEVER. will I recommend these ppl worst car buying experience of my life!!!!! ... read more
