Beware! I am bought a lemon from them but it took two years to find out that it was a lemon. I have owned my car for two years now and mostly without problems. But now the engine is shot and I am being told it will cost $8000 to repair it. The dealership that is repairing it is telling me that this would have absolutely been known two years ago and that Prestmann auto opened up and repaired the engine. When I bought it they did not tell me they had to get into the engine they told me only minor repairs were required! Beware!... read more
Tracy will promise you a certain interest rate, have you sign a piece of paper saying you are locked in at this rate, and then call you back 3 days later and say you are actually getting an interest rate that’s 1% higher. Then when you say you will return the car, he’ll tell you he can’t give you your down payment back, even though the contract you signed specifically says if the car is returned prior to financing being secured, you will receive your money back. Shop here if you want to be lied to repeatedly.

I wouldn’t take time out of my day unless I had that bad of an experience. Called these guys, had the financing done, we get everything finalized. I get ready to leave to get the car, and call them to verify we’re good. They sold the car without offering a deposit as I’m finalizing paperwork. Then they offer me another car that’s less than the original and suddenly can’t approve me. They said “their credit check system is down.” How these guys are in business is beyond me.
