Had SNS done on a Friday and it started peeling on Saturday. Then the polish started to chip on Sunday. I returned on Tuesday and was told no one was there to fix it. I returned again on Thursday and was told he’s too busy-an hour wait. I left! I’m mad!! I wished I’d asked for my money back! Never going there again. Will never cheat on Hollywood Nails again!
Came here while on a work trip and had a great experience. My technician is friendly , professional and she is really a nail magician. The place is clean, with natural light, and large enough that you don't feel like you're choking on fumes. I love everyone here.
My feet and nails looked better when I walked in then when I walked out!!! To say the least not to mention she cut my toenails so close they bleed! She could barely focus it looks like a kid slapped polish all over my toes...so disappointed! See comments for pictures
My daughters & I got pedicures here but I got more than just a pedicure. I got a nasty infection on my big toe. Had to go to the doctors. He asked if I had had a pedicure recently and I said yes. He said the infection was caused by unsanitized tools. He put me on an antibiotic and after 4 days of pain, the infection is clearing up. We will NEVER go here again. I hope no one else has to endure the discomfort that I have had for the last week. Wish I could post pictures! 👎👿😷
I called at 6:40 PM, 20 minutes prior to closing and the chick who picked up said they would have time to squeeze me in. They were very friendly and my manicurist asked me what shape and length I wanted before she went to work. On top of all this, they charged me a fair price. Thanks ladies! :)
I was there on a Tuesday afternoon and was the only client so i got extra attention. I loved how the technicians were all very professional and not gossiping with each other. The prices are very reasonable and the quality of work is magnificent. In summary, I am a life time client :)
