my pedicure was great, my daughter's was horrible. her nails even worse and they over charged me $35 after giving me a different price
if they look at you and you "look over 200lbs" they charge you a wear and tear fee for their expensive chairs. if it comes out bad and you complain about it, they charge you a rude fee. not worth it, horrible place with extremely rude people.
Ive been here several times and have had enough. I didn't want to color on my toeals and make tech laughed when I told her, no idea why. Trying to grow off the acrylic on my fingers and she didn't want to shorten them and due to her accent couldn't understand why. I type as part of my job and they need to be shorter. She did it but grudgingly. Not coming back. I will seen more negative posts than positive posts.
I had scheduled an appointment a WEEK in advance for 3:00pm. I had to leave work early to get to this appointment. Amy, the owner is the one who scheduled this appointment. When I got to the nail salon I was told she put the appointment down for 3:15. I arrived at 2:45pm to be told the nail tech wouldn’t be available until 4:00!!!! RecommendedExcellent service, professional staff, wonderful nails, they came out amazing. My 12-year-old daughter came with me, she got her nails done, and her toenails done, and they are amazing. They treated her with upmost respect, just like they treated myself, highly recommended!
Last night was the most horrific experience I have ever had! The manager had gotten into a altercation with an employee and was belittling him in front of customers and talking about it with customers! I was out in a very awkward spot and felt very uncomfortable for a pedi and full spent 3 and half hours in there! The only reason I went was because my normal place Hollywood nails is on vacation! Trash service. Two nail techs in fights with clients. Trash
I was in for a visit today. The young man doing my nails did a great job with my pedicure, was polite and kind. However, there was an elderly gentleman that came in for some services and the man was treated in such a horrific manner that I will never return to this salon ! I witnessed management yelling and disrespecting him in a way that no human being should be treated. It was truly unbelievable behavior.. I’m disgusted and heartbroken for that sweet elderly man.
