I had the best experience yet it was quick, nails came out beautiful and perfect! They even recognized me when I haven’t been in in a few months.
make up their prices on the spot, wanted to charge me double for some length to my tips ( not even crazy long just stilettos) rude and rushed extremely overpriced and horrible work, better off saving your money and doing it yourself. very dirty and cheap looking establishment, for the amount of money they are charging people, they could afford some nicer decor and adequate clean supplies. all the dollar store and goodwill decor makes this place look a dirty and cheap back alley slum hole.
I went to the salon out of convenience. I will do my research next time and plan better! I will never return to this salon. The salon was filthy and the staff was not very friendly. After reading the reviews, I have no idea how they are still in business!
Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else to get your nails done. Seriously - anywhere else. My boyfriend’s mom, sister and I went here today. They charged my boyfriend’s mother for a service she did not receive; when she tried to clarify, the owner told her “everyone saw it,” and ended the discussion. The gel manicures they received were not the colors advertised. I got a gel pedicure. I just got home and took my sock off and the polish completely pulled away from my toenail in one whole piece. never go there overpriced owner is freaking crazy doesn't back up there work. owner is the devil seriously crazy. never have I had such a bad experience in my life. $300.00 purse covered in nail polish no compensation. out dated horrible atmosphere. treats employees like slaves
Absolutely horrible. I got my nails done about 8 days ago and three of them fell off and one chipped as I rolled over in my sleep. I call and get told ITS MY FAULT and that after three days I can only get them fixed if I want to pay $75. Ridiculous! Especially when it was their fault in the first place! I ask my father to go into the salon with me and the disrespect from the owner towards him was unbelievable.
