I was treated horrible completely over charged for one set of nails for them to start falling off a week later! Then I went back to get them fixed an the woman who runs the place was unbelievably rude to me an told me no one there could do the type of nails I get an the guy who usually does mine was gone until April. You need to update your hours. I drove almost 40 minutes and got there at 7p and you were closed. Tried calling at 730pm to make an appt and you were closed again.

Stop the jabbering back and forth in your language, you can all speak English and it's just rude that you talk in another language, makes you feel like they are talking about you! I really wish I could find another place local that respects their customers.
Cannot even describe how TERRIBLE the experience was. Extremely uncaring with your hands (he jerked my hands around), didn’t clean up cuticles at all and I ended up with nothing like what I asked for (asked for gel manicure and they chopped my nails and put acrylics on). I paid $45 even tho I asked for $27 service. I came back an hour later to have them shortened because I hated them and was yelled at by two staff members to the point I went to my car in tears. My nails look awful they are crooked and bubbly paint. Wasn’t worth the two hours I was there for a fill and color (there wasn’t a wait I was in the chair the whole time) the lady didn’t talk to me once until I told her my nails looked bad. She told me that’s the best she could do. �
Worst nail job ever, I will never go again. The so called technician did french nails that you could see my natural nails through, they were crooked and bumpy, two of the nails were discolored. Save yourself the disappointment and don't go to this salon.
My coworker introduced this place to me. Amazing customer service! The staff are feisty, fun and kind ladies. I was also pampered like a princess. It is clean and bright. This was a great relaxing experience. Can't wait to go back and try some of their designs!
It is unfortunately the only place to go in Augusta. The owner is quite rude and bossy and acts like your a inconvenience. The workers there are all overworked. They do a good job but not a great job. They need a little competition in the area so as to not be so relaxed in being unprofessional.
