My car has been at the Briggs Rd shop since 12/23/15 after being side swiped and having the other party leave the scene. Once I took my car there I then learn that Three C and Nationwide Mutual have a conflict of interest. So now my claim adjuster will NOT go on the lot to inspect my car. After finding this out I then come to the conclusion that I will have my car taking to a body shop that Nationwide insurance has no issues with. You signed a repair authorization , that is why we started repairs. An insurance company cannot authorize repairs because they do not own your car. You had one of the bad insurers involved in this claim (Nationwide) and you let them talk you into moving the car to another shop that would fix it cheaper . We charged for the work we did before . We cannot work for free.

They have the most annoying commercials. I wouldn't take my vehicle there even if it was free because there commercials are so stupid!

My husband took his car a 2005 Chevy Trailblazer after a car accident. His car needed front end rear repair. Which they never repaired correctly so ended up taking his car elsewhere. Three C also had to repaint the front hood of his vehicle. The paint started peeling off within less than a month & now is completely off. Three C is a joke!!! Would highly recommend nobody taking their car here for any repairs!

The shop in Chillicothe Ohio is very poor there customer service is very lacking the guy that was i dealing with is name mike I think he is on the payroll of the insurance company I have not had such poor customer service in my life and if anyone reads this please tell me if there is anything I can do if all the things on my truck was not fixed because they say it didn't happen in the auto accident I will never take any thing back to them and I work in the public I will tell everyone about the service that I received warning... read more

Unless you have an alternative means of transportation, do not take your vehicle here for repair. It took them 35 days to repair my vehicle, and they didn't even do all they were supposed to. My rear bumper still has a dent. I thought I was picking up my vehicle and it would be like driving it off of the lot. Imagine my dismay to walk out (by myself after being pointed to the area) to see that my bumper was NOT repaired after 35 days!! Repairs do take some time,it takes time to get the parts. Collision repair is not like fast food. It cannot be done in the blink of an eye. Some patience is required. Bob

Don't believe the commercials. I had my car bumped into while parked. The driver fender needs to be replaced. I had three estimates completed all were within $100. I selected 3C "the finest in collision repair"! Two days after I dropped off my car, I received a call from the body shop to "discuss my estimate". The estimate doubled! There were items added. Replace my wheel and headlight because they were scratched. I had these removed from the bill. The revised estimate was "only" 70% higher than the original. Keep in mind th... read more

Say away far far away. You have been warned. Don't believe me, look at the BBB rating.

3000 repairs a year for 60 years in business. A few BBB issues because sometimes this do go wrong. I think that is a pretty good record.
