Done a fabulous job for me on my truck. It was a total loss and the ins company wanted to band aid it up for 12,000$ and there was 31,000$ damage to it. I'll never go to anyone else but 3C. I'm a life customer if I need s shop. Sean was the man who help me thru it all great job Sean.

Stopped to have my passenger window looked at, Bob the owner came by while one of the techs was looking at it, jumped in and helped, talked to like I had known him all my life. Very professional group of people. Glad I stopped!!

My car is currently getting serviced and there has been some unexpected damage. But Jennifer Bull the lady that has been working with me has been so incredible. Keeping me updated on everything with my vehicle and even making sure my insurance company stays on top of what I need as well as 3C. I have never had to deal with my insurance company for any kind of claim before and its just so much easier with a company like 3C in my corner. You guys suck. How can you possibly get away with a business model where you make people sign off on a contract where you hide hidden storage fee for vehicles that your are supposed to make repairs on!? STORAGE FEES THAT EQUALS SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS A DAY?! ITS INSANE! It's fraud or blackmail or whatever you want to call it! Almost $4000 to get your own car out from your workshop that you didn't even work on!? There will most likely be a lawsuit or a class action lawsuit coming your way shortly. BEWARE!!! I'm so disappointed with my experience regarding Three C body shop. I took my car to the location on 23 in Worthington/Lewis center area. They did the paper work explained the process told us the car will be driven to Grove City on a flat bed truck and will never be driven. Well the work was subcontracted out to another company that does hail damage, that's fine. Then our insurance tells us that Three C wants a tow fee for taking the car down to Grove City. This shop management is a joke along with the warranty of their service. We had repair work to our hood area from an accident. A year ago a spot on the hood looked like it was pealing and very dull looking. We took it to the shop. A manager looked at it and said he thinks the damage is from a car wash. He took pics and said he would get back with us. . No return call and we called them multiple times. We went back to the shop. Same thing happened. No manager call no return call.
