Had my car repaired at 3c and was overall pleased. Communication throughout process was good. I do have to say that I was disappointed that they didn't clean the interior of the vehicle. Greasy handprints and front window not cleaned and can see their vehicle I'd number sticker. Grease on interior of window also. Would've thought they would vacuum as well.

They took a lot longer to repair the vehicle than we expected. Went back to the insurance company several times which required a review and down-time. Fortunately I had rental car coverage and not too inconvenienced by the delays. In the end, I can honestly say it was the best body work and results I have ever had.

I had the best experience with 3 C body shop! My experience was very prompt! Maybe too prompt! I have very busy hectic lifestyle .The staff from 3C body shop Inform me about everything that I needed to know. Because of their knowledge, they save me lots of money and time. I had received lots of phone calls from them a bit much bothering I feel but at the end, they were only doing their job to save me time and money from insurance. 2007 hyundai elantra, in and out without any issues, 3C took care of everything, along with Geico (the other driver's insurance). Happy camper here.

I took my Pickup there to be repaired. I have snake Farm insurance as well. To be honest I did not have any problem with Three C at all. I told my insurance man that I wanted new original parts and would not take anything else. The repairs were approved and the work was done flawlessly. The real problem is the insurers as Bob says. You must remember that you are the owner not the insurance company. You tell the insurer what you will accept. when you approach it that way things work the way they are suppose to. All I can say is wow. This place is a rip off. They talk a good game but do not back it up. They call State Farm snake farm but they are really the snake. Wanted to charge 150.00 to 500.00 in admin fees plus 45.00 to pull the call into the shop and 45.00 to pull it out. Maybe they should change their name to sneak thief inc. Now I can see why they are on the radio so much nothing but smoke and mirrors to get you in. I was happy to pay the 103.00 hold up fee to get my car out of there.

I wish I would have read the reviews below before we trusted Three-C to repair our daughter's car. Bob Juniper and his staff are the epitome of "how not to run a business". It took Three C 27 days to repair a car with a $1,200 repair estimate! Repeated calls to rude employees, and countless delay with no answers are the norm at Three C!
