Never been there and honestly would never use them! Why? Because the constant bad mouthing and degrading of other companies and insurance agency's is VERY unattractive!! The commercials ! OMG!!!I don't understand how Juniper gets away with this and doesn't get sued for slander etc. and involving his daughter in and teaching this kind of behavior!!! Horrible!!!!! I don't know many who would want to do business with that kind of operation . As they say, "Just keep walking" !!! No Integrity!!!!

I would NEVER NEVER Recommend 3C Auto for ANYTHING. NEVER take your car here!!! From a minor fender bender on corner bumper they have had Doug's car SINCE Jan 22! He is on his third rental car now. They took apart bumper to see if there was further damage, and found there was. At this point our insurance co. Said they would have to claim it as a loss. 3C bad I would NOT recommend anybody STAY AWAY FROM THEM. I owned 2011 Mazda CX 9 and got in a accident and car was damage not drivable i call them and SADA said we cannot come out to see the car in order to provide a esitmate you have to towed it to here and will pay the towing charges .Got my car towed there and than they inspected it and IIEANA said" If you want to get it repair you estate is about 10 thousand if you decide not to repair with us here is bill for 2thousand dollars. which include :part fees $235.00 what par... read more

It is easy to give a 5 star review when everything goes as planned. In my case it did not. There were several unplanned delays, some of which where caused by Three C. I think a real test is how a business handles adversity. Three C didn't kept me in the loop, notified me when they messed up, fixed their mistake, and covered the cost of my rental for the additional time I was without my vehicle. We dropped our vehicle off at 3C in January and I just picked it up yesterday. It looks amazing and brand new! They did a fantastic job. I didn't owe anything on the vehicle because they worked everything out with my insurance company. I was nervous through the process due to some of the reviews on here, but 3C kept us informed and completed the job in a professional manner. Three C had our car since the end of November. We just removed it from there last week in pieces after 2 months of fighting and racking up imaginary charges. Long story short Bob Juniper is very rude and made it clear if we can't afford to fix our 2014 car we shouldn't own it. That's what insurance is for! Then when trying to get our car towed off the lot the crew locked the gates with the tow truck and my husband inside! Scam artists. Had my sister sign over her insurance check claiming they needed to order parts. Parts were never ordered… Six weeks later when she went to get her car to take it elsewhere they charged her almost $3700 in storage fees. Please do not take your car here.

NEVER UDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. They have had our car for over a month, tore it apart, left parts outside, and now they was to charge us 3k to take it to another body shop. Most dishonest, untrustworthy company in Columbus.

Never had a vehicle this badly damaged get repaired. It will not be safe. You should not have let Progressive talk you into taking it to another shop that works for Progressive. Bad decision . This should have went to the junk yard.
