I have never had such a horrible experience in my life. The 3C kept our explorer for 24 days for a door replacement. This meant charging $900 dollars for a rental car�� they use their own rental car— so we freely advertised their shop for 24 days. When we asked them to work with us, the general manager Kevin Darst became belligerent. We were rightly frustrated and Kevin would only speak with my husband. If you haven't heard 3C has an ad throwing USAA under the bus saying they buy parts from accidents. #1 this doesn't mean they are damaged parts. LETS BE CLEAR! going to a junk yard to by an alternator from a car that was junked for a rear impact accident doesn't mean they are BUYING DAMAGED PARTS! This is such a grossly MISREPRESENTED ADVERTISEMENT, that I cant believe 3c would say this. I would 100% recommend this Place. First off they help you through the whole entire accident process. They even helped me out when the individual who hit me, their insurance company was harassing me regarding the rental. They snipped that right in the behind, real quick. Great place and great customer service. If I ever have the unfortunate circumstance of having another accident I will definitely go back to 3C.

On May 8th, 2018 my wife was headed Westbound on OH750 in the Left turn lane to head South on US23, she was the first car at the light. She heard squealing tires and looked up in time to see a SUV headed at her. She was struck in the Driver's Rear Door and Quarter Panel before the SUV struck the Mercedes behind her. After having my car fixed by another body shop and them scratching it I took it to Three-C. I was having issues with getting a rental due to a minor miscommunication with Enterprise and they provided me with one! It saved me money on an Uber and a larger amount of time waiting on Enterprise. I did have a few issues but it was mostly with my adjuster being banned from the property. Otherwise I received wonderful care and the fact that they were open on Saturday helped me out a lot too! It saved me time, money, and frustration... read more

Staff was awesome! My car is back, good as new. This was my first body shop experience, and they explained every step of the process for me. I'd recommend them to anyone needing work done
