The work is exemplary and is done professionally. The staff is a pleasure to interact with. They keep me aware every step of the way as to what stage of repair my vehicle is in. I had significant damage to my 15 Tundra pro that was tricked out , I only wanted to send it to a shop that would build it back right. Three C hit that mark with an A++ , i felt they fixed my truck to exactly how it was prior to the wreck which I was very happy to see. These guys know what they are doing and they’re very professional about it.

After being rear ended and having to deal with insurance and repairs for the first time, I ask the insurance company to send it to Three-C just because I had heard their commercials on the radio growing up. Every conversation I had with different people at Three-C was friendly, and I felt like they cared about taking care of me first. I would recommend them to anyone!

Unfortunately I got in a little fender bender with a sign.....fortunate ly we had 3-c do the repairs. They did a great job and the car looks better than it did before the incident. We will hopefully not have to but would defintely use them again!!!!

My daughter had a good experience with Three-C Body Shop, so when someone hit me head on, that is who I chose for the repairs. My insurance agent even said that was who he would take a vehicle to if it were in a wreck. The employees kept me informed of the progress of my claim. Because of a complete inspection by Three-c, my insurance company agreed that the car was totaled. They were very cooperative in letting me remove my personal items from the car. Three-C body shop is wonderful. After someone backed into my Honda I called Theee C and they saw me right away. They explained the process through personal contact, telephone, and email. I did not have to deal with the insurance company or any of the back and forth arguing at all. My car was fixed to my satisfaction and the staff was all wonderful. Thank you Three-C!

I have never had such a horrible experience in my life. The 3C kept our explorer for 24 days for a door replacement. This meant charging $900 dollars for a rental car— they use their own rental car— so we freely advertised their shop for 24 days. When we asked them to work with us, the general manager Kevin Darst became belligerent. We were rightly frustrated and Kevin would only speak with my husband.
