The customer service is great. We took in a company van that was rear ended by a drunk driver at a stop light. I was afraid that the frame might be bent and that if I took it anywhere else, they might try to repair it instead of totaling out the van. My brother told me about Three-C and their excellent reputation. He was absolutely correct! I will never take any company or personal vehicles anywhere else.

you don't hold people's Vehicles hostage! which this establishment practices often! quality of work is very questionable! do yourself a favor find another body shop!
Last year i was in an accident that was someone else’s fault....these guys held my vehicle for ransom until the insurance and them came to an agreement....in the meantime i was in a rental that they demanded back.....before they came to an agreement....like any of this was my fault.....I’ll never go back again ....

My car needed repairs and I called them. They took great care in speaking to me and keeping me aware of the repair timelines. I like the fact that they don't use after market parts. My car looks brand new again.

They were excellent! The other party's insurance tried to finagle me, and three-c took care of everything! I highly recommend them to anyone and would gladly go back!
Three C was Great! It took a little longer then expected, but that was because of the insurance company. They didn't let the insurance company get over on us. Usually the insurance company wants to use used parts for a repair. Three C made sure I was aware, and made sure we had New OEM parts for our repair. Great job guys!

RecommendedHaving a car totaled is bad enough. But then the insurance company that you have been paying money to for a long time...and assumed they would be there for you becomes very difficult to deal with....that is hard to deal with. But I felt Three-C was on my side.
