Last month someone hit my new car while parked. The insurance tried to tell me that I had to use remanufactured parts on a two month old car. I was referred to Three C Body shop by a friend and I am so glad we went there. Three C Body shop said I had a right to request OEM parts and that is what I did. I did not have to deal with the insurance anymore. Three C Body Shop handled everything. They treated me great; they put me in a rental, kept me informed along the way and did a great job. I had a great experience with three c, they constantly provided me with updates on the claim and supplemental claims when the insurance company came in very Low on the estimate. The write up on the repairs was extremely thorough and everything was well documented. The repairs were flawless there were no signs of the prior damage and the side panels that were replaced where seamless. I'd recommend 3c to all friends and family who need any body repair done.

I don't know anything about this body shop but there commercials are so annoying I would never use them.

Don't let Bob Juniper's uninspired monotone a.m. radio commercials deter you - the staff I dealt with at the Briggs Road location in Columbus was far more professional. I was especially impressed with the repair manager Kevin Bates with doing a fine job of keeping me up to date with the entire process. And, as I picked up my car we both agreed while it was great doing business together, I still hope not to have to see them again. 😎 But I would definitely recommend Three C to anyone who finds themselves in the same predicame... read more

Three-C is a great company to use. They helped me deal with the back and forth from my insurance company and called me with frequent updates! I wasn’t truly happy with my experience because it took a very long time to get my vehicle back, but it was at the delay of the insurance company. After someone backed into my brand new truck, Three-C Body Shop did a great job repairing the damage. I told them I wanted it repaired “like new” and that is exactly what they did.
